Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation

The Laurels skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers provide both short-term and long-term guests with comprehensive health-care services in a comfortable, home-like environment that promotes the highest level of independence and life quality. 

Our care staff is equipped to provide respite, hospice and rehabilitation care for short-term guests with results guests and their families appreciate. If you are a rehab guest, we’ll work with your physician to craft a care plan for a speedy transition from hospital to home, and we’ll do a home evaluation to make sure you and your house are ready.

If you or a loved one is making The Laurels your permanent home, you will enjoy excellent, physician-directed medical care provided by our staff nurses, therapists and dietitians. You can enjoy nutritious meals that make you think you just might be home, and take advantage of activities, movies and celebrations that keep you feeling young at heart.

Assisted Living

Our Maplewood Assisted Living Communities offer the best in assisted living: a private, comfortable home without the worries of maintenance, utilities, lawn care, and property taxes – and lots of opportunities for both private time and mixing with neighbors and friends. Our quiet residential setting will make you feel like you’re still in your home.

While we help you stay as active as you want through crafts, games, classes, celebrations, and community outings, we also will treat you as an individual and tailor our services to meet your unique needs. Services you may choose from include private accommodations, medication supervision, housekeeping, personal care, laundry services, transportation, and on-site fine dining.
